  I placed an order with Leisure Shop Direct nearly 3 weeks ago. After the order was placed I received an email informing me that one item in my order was awaiting stock. I'm still waiting for the order to arrive despite being told 6 days ago that my purchase would arrive within "2 working days". Trying to call them is simply impossible. No one will answer the phone. It's just so frustrating because I really needed the parts ordered in a hurry! (A tap cartridge to fix a leaky tap and some replacement pan support clips). These are items easily available on the likes of eBay or Amazon, or from just about any motor-home/caravan retail shop. Regrettably I chose Leisure Shop Direct for these replacement parts and am STILL waiting. Awful service.
